Frequently Asked Questions

How long will delivery take in the UK?
Orders are shipped with Evri using tracked delivery. Please allow 4 to 5 business days for processing, followed by 3 to 5 business days for shipping. Your order should arrive within 7 to 10 days from the order date.

Are the earrings safe for sensitive skin?
Yes. All of our earrings are handmade using hypoallergenic materials, safe for sensitive skin and free from harsh metals.

Can I order just one earring instead of a pair?
We do not sell single earrings. Each style is available as a set, either as a single set (for one ear) or a pair (for both ears). You can choose your preferred option on the product page.

What is your return or exchange policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn items in their original condition. If you’re not completely satisfied, please contact us and we’ll walk you through the return or exchange process.

Will I receive a tracking number for my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow the delivery with Evri.

Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes. All earrings come in elegant, ready-to-gift packaging at no extra cost. No additional wrapping needed.
